Wissen will offer exorbitant salary to attract candidates

Wissen has no policy, company is run by bunch of technical people. No accountability in seniors of HR, they are puppets in hands of management. They have MNC concept of HRBP who will not be there when employees are fired, managers are not aware, any random HR comes over a call and argues with employee while conveying that they are fired from job, no empathy or doesn't even know how to talk. Management here talks of IIT IIMs but HR itself cant speak a line without adding thousand nouns. HR have no decency to listen to employee but will counter attack, pathetic when they fire.

Nothing, this company is notorious and has some highly rigged/manipulative policies against its employees with respect to gratuity, PF, notice-peroid etc.

Conversation with regards to salary revision/correction is not encouraged by Wissen management No respect for employees, employees are continuously threatened and micro managed, there is no such thing as employee friendliness as far as Wissen management is concerned. Toxic work culture and bad people management by Wissen ED's.

I dint like anything from from Wissen side, they just sell you to their clients, so it all depends on client, if they treat you well you are safe, else you have to suffer, Wissen will not do anything to safeguard their employees in case your client mis-treats you, they just want to earn through you

...top of the above mentioned works, failing which your apprisal will be effected 2) poor apprisal cycle, salary increment is leass than 5% with retention bonus(which if you want to keep, you need to work with Wissen for a year) 3) they consider the criteria like "number of interview taken per year", "number of leaves taken per year"(yes, if you take leave, including earned and casual leaves, your performance goes down drastically) for evaluating your year end performance and reduce your salary based on that, no matter how well you have performed on that particular year 4) If you are performing too well in your role, management will force you to give interviews to their new client that they have earned recently and force you to change the existing project that you are currently deployed on. If you perform badly and client is not happy with you, you will be shown the door the very next day.So its a double edged sword. 5) only principle of this company is to hire as much as employees as possible and bill them to client and earn money out of you, no benefits is provided to employees except for on time salary. 6) Employees are treated very badly by Wissen management, there is no 1 policy that is employee friendly. So talk to current/ex employees, before joining this company.
