Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Managers just hear your problems and says that's how everywhere things works You are forced to have 98 percent attendance and no flexibility in using your own leaves which lapse.

... be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.

Bad communication practices Cheap politics played by Manager Managers techincally not sound and you get least help Nepotism and favourtism for employees who don't work
