Working in WT gives a larger scope to work on different projects ,as there are only couple of people working on every projects,you can explore lot of strategies and totally work on your own ,which in a way is good to improve your technical skills ,team is helpful all the time

Salary is comparatively low as per current market.Work pressure is also high.Also there is no on-job training to freshers ,so they have to learn on own which might consumes lot of time .however ,the company is good for freshers or entry level grads .

Working at Wishtree has been a great experience for me due to its good work culture and open door policy. Got a chance to learn about the SDLC by closely working on the projects and also learned various tools and technologies to work on.

Pay scale here is a bit competitive for the current market scenario and compared to the work done. They value your work only for the sake of saying but that does not reflect as per employee's expectations in rewarding an employee or appraisals.
