Good for interns & Freshers lot can be learnt as company's only focus is on tremendous hard core sales & managers want you to do their personal work as well, serving chai pani, buying things for them. HR policies are very bad as they are also busy doing sales for the company.

Dislikes

No PF, No Incentive, No performance bonus, Salary not upto the market standard, No salary slips, Not good for experienced professionals & they will not clear your Final settlement dues after serving proper resignation as mentioned in their policy you have to take help from labour court if you want your dues cleared.

Zero policies. Zero professionalism.

...yone expected to do everything. Be ready for salaries roller coster every month. You will not be issued salary slips, joining letter etc. Speak to HR, & they will justify everything other than your work. Pathetic culture

Scammers alert, anyone joining here be prepare for surprise. Only tea is best but that too they calculate.

Its not for experienced but not for fresher either as he'll get crucified unavoidably, there are hidden mysterious brawls of company ongoing by Rocket Singh, company is totally surviving on subsidies government scheme for startup ecosystem robust, As they are zombies kicked out from big organizations, desperate to eat new joiners whoever steps in from the door.

Don't go to this company. HR veerendra is a big psyco and very dumb. Who having too much ego and make working culture very toxic and utterly unhealthy.

All the things are very bad in this company. No increment, no incentives, no financial growth and no work satisfaction. Director and HR veerendra is a big dumbster and psyco. Not good company for job. Don't join this low level company.
