They only need you till the time they don't find a cheaper replacement for you

Dislikes

1) No job security 2) No appraisals 3) No formal salary structure And worst of all, they won't clear your salary dues when you leave, plus they won't give you any acknowledgement or experience letter. The owner is known for not releasing due salaries of various employees.
