Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall revenue target, No individual target to team leader.
• Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards the goals.
• Take one on one session with advisors who are non-performers and make sure to enhance their performance.
• Ensure to achieve team targets in terms of revenue/TPP & client acquisition.
• Daily activation and reactivation of clients in derivatives and E- margin.
• Close tracking of TPP follow ups and closures.
• Maintain healthy relationship with top clients of the team.
• Coordinating with research team for advice, review of the portfolio for top customers on regular basis.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to regulations.

Requirements:

• NISM-8 certification is desirable.
• Good man management skills, Customer Acquisition and Client Relationship Management.
• Should have good product / industry information.
