...s completion of work on time and in a proper manner. She is very cooperative. Work pressure is quite high but then pay scale is also good.

There is a need to improve the work-life balance structure. Moreover at some parts( admin dept) KRA is not clear and extra work is also there.

I was selected as PGT ECONOMICS in this school in Nov 2021. They sent me the offer letter and asked me to send a copy of my resignation approved by the the current employer. I started serving the notice period and after 15 days HR informs me that somebody else has been recruited. The Principal and owner do not have any ethics & principles and they lack professionalism. But I am thankful to almighty god that I have never been a part of this institution. And I am happy where I am working now.

Improper management. There's a lot of work pressure. Teachers are treated like kids. I don't appreciate authorities scolding and shouting at employees (which is a part of private organisations but this must not be acceptable and nobody talks about it).

Teachers are cooperative and supportive.
