1. One thing I really like is that they trust their employees and encourage them to take responsibility. If something goes wrong, they support their team instead of playing the blame game. 2. No Politics & No Blame Game

Promotions to leadership roles are based only on years with the company, not on a person's maturity, which negatively affects the team. While there are good leaders, the lack of maturity in others is a big concern. They don't hire experienced team leaders or managers; instead, they hire freshers and promote them to project manager within just four years. This often leads to arrogance and immaturity, which shows in their attitudes.

WisdmLabs is one of the finest organisations to start your career with. The leaders in the company are just as formality, however they are just friends. The organisation focuses on the mission along with you to grow you as good employee as well as a good human being.

Dislikes

There nothing special to say. Only the recruitment process is tougher than required that I feel.
