... is the transparent there is a hug cafeteria and the gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good,appraisals are hair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues primary is decent but for your growth is slow there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high- quality products and has a global client base. Another thing is that I got to know about various types of machineries & their maintenance troubleshooting and repair,etc

Compensation is decent but career growth and opportunities are less.

...p performers under the compliance act due to which the job security is an issue. Many aspiring candidates prefer to maintain low profile without getting promoted just to ensure they are not sacked since salary is received in 30th or 31st of every month.
