Late coming is no problem Salary is received on time n ok

Dislikes

Miserable work environment, poor old chairs etc, finance department us typically govt type working, mgt tries to save very small costs, very old travel rules, basic salary is freezed to 7000/ rest all is your personal allowance n taxable, no retirement benefits, salary cut even if you are sick.. even GM level are sacked in a day without notice.. sarfira management!! Lala type.

Management- There is Lala culture, despite of being limited company, it is governed privately. The owners are phyco specially the MD. There is no job security at all. New ideas are not welcomed. e.g. TPM is runed since 5 years but not a single improvement. VP HR is an accountant who is not aware of any HR policies. People have a tendency of passing the day out without any creativity, reason your ideas are not welcomed. Attrition rate is too high for new comers. Retired and very old employees are retained with a stubborn old fashion techno. and mentality.

Now the company have made some changes in higher management. Which is not at all good. Beacuse of the same the organisation is going to down. But still these are couple of gentlemans in the company who are highly skilled and experienced..

Dislikes

Politics. Frequently they hire & terminate the staff.
