Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

...t ileven if you are a top performer you would get nothing more than a 8 percent. Quarterly variable pay which is a component of your CTC is linked directly to company's performance if the company perform poorly in a quarter you will lose your variable pay Promotions are close to nil, i have seen associates working on same level for 3 years.

...any works 9 hours module, and wipro works in 9.5 hours module, which is worst. Salary hike is worst...they don't provide good salary hike, last six years i haven't received hike more than 9% that too 50% of it will go to QPLC part and that depends on the company performance if company is performing well you will get 100% QPLC, if not then they will reduce the QPLC amount. no matter how hard you work.

There are very poor things there is nobody that can provide you training in full training. Even seniors are of very bad nature always blaming you and even managers and senior managers are very bad in nature. I request everyone to not to join this company.

... are required to work for extended hours considering we are working from home...Moreover there is no market correction for compensation and work keeps on multiplying but salary remains same

It's a good to start your career with company but for growth you need to really have to work hard. Other factors are compensation is very poor per market standards and work life balance is very poor. I would only recommend to just your career for experience but for long run i would not recommend Wipro.
