Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

1.Salary increments and promotions can be slower compared to industry standards. 2.Opportunities for onsite roles may not be equally accessible to all employees.

1. Loss of pay if you don't have a project. 2. Promotions were bad, cannot expect good hikes. Can't understand on what basis promotions were given. No proper communication. 3. Favouritism.

Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.

...ow many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.
