...uess thats all possible even if their service is good if you pay wages that low. My salary is still fine but i got to know there are employees who get paid like 3lpa an year in Bangalore. i mean what? can anyone survive with that less package? I am not ignorant and i know people do get paid even less but just look at the facts. When would anyone have a standard of living if they get paid like that? Especially with 9.5 floor hours that equivalent to shit. WIPRO SHOULD VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES.

It's been approximately 2 years now and I did not get the salary hike,they have given stupid reason for it.Also limited support in this PAN India project. Managers delibretely harassing to perticular location engineers.It's been mental torture since joined.No action taken for any complaint.

Job security is there and you will get variety of project opportunities to enhance your skills.

Dislikes

They won't pay you much at the start and promotions and appraisal is like once in a blue moon if you have really work hard. Only annual appraisal you will get.
