Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Bad work life balance. Calls to work from office during cyclone Pay is less and so many deductions after salary Promotions are fake, only known people get opportunity. Job security is only good if you're hard working. No cabs 2 way unless you wait 12 hours. Has bad softwares which track you and does not let you go out of your seat. Rude behaving senior level managers who will ask about your personal life and have no shame bashing you. Don't join wipro that's all. If you join you can't leave. 60-90days notice period without any buyout strict policy.

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

Work from Office presure, no proper facilities in campus and outside. Salary is not decided according to study and experience. Using us as a labour showing appraisal and mtech for wilp candidates. Working for 10 hrs in office and 3 hrs in cab including buffer time. Wilp program is very stressful compared to Work in project.

Meager salary hike. Slow promotion. many people are in the free pool, not enough projects for freshers, still company hire in large numbers. Freshers have to wait even for a year to get into a project and even if freshers get tagged into a project they are forced to work on technologies that are not being used by other product-based companies. Because of the low opportunity and slow learning curve, I won't recommend any service-based company. For experienced also, I advise you not to come into Wipro, the company will not give more than a 5% salary hike. The company didn't give a salary hike for the 2022-23 cycle to many resources that were billable into the project and it also cut variable pay for many quarters. Wipro doesn't value their workers in terms of salary hikes. Company is willing to hire someone else with a hire package but doesn't give it to your existing employees, even if you are billable.
