First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

Pride, passion and integrity are integral features of our every day life at work . Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Recieved bonus amt for performance, however after resigning they are asking to refund balance after FNF , I WISH THEY COULD SPARE OUTSTANDING AMT AND HANDOVER MY RELIEVING LETTER

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company
