Everything is learned as fresher joined by me, it's management for evey work culture had done accordingly to audit wise, it's atmosphere for work accordingly was best as like top up companies, salary give to low and appraisal give to average in every year.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

It is a fantastic company to work at and provides an ample amount of scope to grow

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.
