Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

Job security is good. Campus culture is very good. Accommodations perfect.

Dislikes

Supportive system from above management is very poor. Increment hike is very low in percentage even salary not increamented in last 2 years. Sometimes it looks like management have knowledge issue.

They collaborate and provide adequate support to one another and ensure that work runs smoothly and gets delivered on time. Wipro provides excellent study mat skilled trainers

No. There is no dislike in working at Wipro. Salary benefits to be modified as per the Market price. During revision time, Wipro can provide the 20 to 30% hike to the tenure employee and retained them. This is also one of the motivate to the tenure employee.

I can't expect a better organization then wipro to start my career. A company which runs on values more than money.

I personally belive and my circle of employees feel our career grown is too slow and salary packages and increments are also low compared to other competitors.
