If you're seeking salary hikes and promotions, it may be advisable to consider other opportunities after a relatively short tenure, perhaps around 2 years. Its essential for the company to refine its talent identification process and provide opportunities for employees who have been already trained in a new technologies, even if they are on bench, waiting for a suitable project. This approach would encourage employee growth and development. In conclusion, it is my hope that Wipro can futher enhance its policies and practices to create a more satisfying and conductive work environment for longterm employees, enabling them to thrive and contribute effectively.

Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager for something after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world..

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

...e effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract
