Working in a project you do get opportunities to work on different platforms and learn industry trending tools.

  • Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The list is long but these are currently top of my head: 1. Low salary package comparing to job responsibilities expected from you. 2. Long working hours daily, I have worked countless weekends with no overtime pay. 3. No job security, if you don't have a project, you will be asked to leave. Managers are expected to create pipelines but they will put that responsibility on you. 4. Managers don't care of your career growth, because they are busy building their career and working hard to save their job. 5. Increments are like negligible, it's better you open your stall, you will make more profits. All policies are employer friendly, if you have options please don't consider this company.

Job security. Even if your project is ended they will put you on bench with some paid time to search for project within wipro or opportunities outside wipro.

No diwali gifts, no parties, no increment and a lot of politics in some project. TL and business analyst are taking free salary in some projects. Diverting all their works on other team members and missing requirement in business analysis.

Everything from salary compensation to employees mental satisfaction, job satisfaction, apprisal, career growth, salary hike, bad hr policy ( policy are made only for namesake in reality they don't follow policy when it comes to employees benifits or employees talk wrt policy then don't accept their own policy but when company want they can tell you as per the company policy. One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave.

Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?
Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk? Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC? Looking for the valuable suggestions?
