...hinking the Wipro brand . HR are very worst. They are don't care of employees..! No hike no appraisal , no bonus, no work culture. When came time of appraisal or veriable Wipro always in loss . But other time Wipro always in profit. They can donate lots of money but they can't spend money on own employees how earn the money actually.

... based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.
