Wipro may be a good company but the project i am working is definitely not good. No work life balance. No perks given by company. Managers don't even know about their colleagues. No shift allowance . Usually we have to work after working hrs. Those who work they will get more work rest other in team will enjoy. Low compensat

Old establish people hold power and take wrong benefits. Wrong practices by these people and they harass innovative people. Very difficult for new good people to adjust with their mindsets

...y. It is very difficult to get into the project within 45 days most of the time. After 45 days HR may start the exit process or you will be Loss of Pay for the remaining 45 days. Some of my friends left and afraid to join Wipro due their bench policy. Do not recommend 8+ years experience resources to join Wipro due to their Bench policy.Since this policy is not very transparent even you try outside, the other companies HR won't understand the situation. It will be very hypothesis, difficult and stressful for the employee to make decision.

They will hire a candidate from a different domain. If the client fails to meet cost-cutting expectations, layoffs will occur, and the candidate will be asked to upskill. After upskilling and preparing for interviews, real-time experience in the domain will be required. However, from a technical standpoint, this is not feasible, potentially leaving the employee without a job

They will stop ur salary after 45 days in bench and best part is if u get a project after maybe 10 days of LOP, they will keep you on LOP for another 20 days(as name of BGV) and don't pay you for one month salary. In wipro NP is 90 days that means u need to serve 90 days before leaving but company will give u 45 days bench. Don't join this company if you have any other offer in your hand.
