I am almost 8 experience and wipro is my first company. I completed my masters from wipro. I started as a automation engineer and now working with one the largest bank of UK at London as a full stack developer.

Compensation and salary is comparatively low.

Salary is on time, job security is good.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

Onsite Opportunities – Compared to some competitors, Wipro may offer fewer onsite opportunities for employees looking to work abroad.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
