Very good environment is terms of working with the team,

Dislikes

No appraisals as per geniune knowledge,only politics work here, when come to pay,they are paying very low as per the market,no bonus no incentives even they are not approving leaves. And deducting money from every thing, Even they are not giving work from home for the simple projects also. Which is very much disappointing for me .

It's a good work place, till it was a work from home, but after RTO everything is changed, we are not getting general shift, not planned leaves,not scheduled holidays, not getting bonus and even not getting hike in salary, paying less .

Dislikes

Paying less salary, and providing shift timings as per they need, not giving leaves as well , and even scheduled holidays.

... elevation the management only prefer those who oil well. MSI also very poor.... As per the market rise the salary hike is way to poor. I am working more than 5 yrs but no sing of support from management. Is this thing goes more the day will not to far when good loyal energetic people leave wipro.....thanks

Job security is good , work culture is very pathetic. The company policies were quite good but not to the ground.

There is lot of pressure and no work life balance. Salary is very low compared to other companies.

A 3 grade company no one should work in such companies neither your salary increased nor they recognized your work. Also the kind of politics in the team as well as the manager is brutal. They will charge you even to your reliving and experience letter.
