Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

U get to work in different tools and applications but you have to learn on your own

There is no proper guidance in your future growth, no SALARY HIKE. However hard u work if u don’t have good repo with manager you are no one

...motion for 3/more years here, salary hike is also less due to market conditions.they haven't implemented the salary structure,which was agreed before joining

...uess thats all possible even if their service is good if you pay wages that low. My salary is still fine but i got to know there are employees who get paid like 3lpa an year in Bangalore. i mean what? can anyone survive with that less package? I am not ignorant and i know people do get paid even less but just look at the facts. When would anyone have a standard of living if they get paid like that? Especially with 9.5 floor hours that equivalent to shit. WIPRO SHOULD VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Salary is a perk if you are in right process.

Dislikes

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.
