...is that they hire people on contract promising them to convert in their payroll. However, when time comes for conversion they provide any cheap reason ex to reduce salary etc so that employee does not get converted.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.
