Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge

The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

Dislikes

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.

1. Loss of pay if you don't have a project. 2. Promotions were bad, cannot expect good hikes. Can't understand on what basis promotions were given. No proper communication. 3. Favouritism.
