Only the salary hike was good. I changed from cognizant to wipro. I was a fresher in CTS . I received good hike in Wipro that's it. Rest all other things were so bad here.

Dislikes

No job security. They will fire you immediately if you will not act in their accordance. No supportive staff and management. If for god sake you want a half day of temporary wfh for a day or two. They will fire you or keep you on bench.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which cannot resign.on the job training in not give to fresher's.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
