The company provided job security while the market was not doing very well. The work culture is good which is one of the reasons for employee’s being associated for a long period of time.

The pay scale is very low for same job role as compared to competitors. Promotion process takes a long time and very rare opportunities and limited information for moving internally to different departments.

Good company for freshers! if you're struggling to find a job, Wipro might be a good place for your initial career stage. but you can't rely on your whole future here.

.... Advantages/promotions were given to people who doesn't deserve their spot . The initial salary is way less compared to other companies.

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
