...s though in your HR round it will be mentioned it is not a target based job. 7. I know Kolkata is cheap in terms of lifestyle but hello!! One can't just pay an employee 10000 rupees. We are employees not a 15 year old kid. ( and dont worry half of your money will go when transport won't be arranged and people in your group will force you to pay for birthdays) 8. It is a hell on loose. Please dont join there no matter what. It can squeeze you to death.

Indian IT company long shift hours 9.5 hours, single digit appraisal, no bonus & overtime, no indian holiday if you are woking on a client, slow career growth & best job security if you work like a donkey.

Wipro is full of politicians not employees. They need robots not human being for work. Please do not join if you are an experience person. Only for freshers & interns.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
