The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

Dislikes

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. The world these people live in revolve around the non-sense data points which are always rigged against you such that you do the most amount of labour thinking the lowest of yourself, not if but when, you are unable to achieve them.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere

...ewhat okay so you will have job security and sometimes parallel promotions also. But those will not leads to salary hike.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very hopeless and literally no work life balance. You will not get any energetic time for yourself to do any productive things in personal life. Working hours are very horrible and against your body circadian rhythm. You will definitely caught any disease if you work in those outside regular working hours for continuous 1 year. Additionally in some of the projects, work stress will mentally punish you. So overall you have no work life balance. It's better to be jobless instead of making a decision to work with Wipro.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
