Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

..., rarely i see someone talked about employees growth, all in talk and documents. benefits are also less and lot of deductions happens in pay and we do not proper visibility where it goes.

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
