I worked for Wipro Ltd., Kolkata I was is UHG process thing i liked about it was on time salary, almost no work pressure, huge campus, you can even take a walk within the campus, gym facility, cab facility, in campus dispensary, people are good, no one will be standing on your head all the time to do the job, once you've done with your target either you can do more or enjoy doing nothing, you won't loose you're job until you've made a big blunder once you're in this company you can stay here till retirement they don't fire their employees great place to gain experience you are entitled for 21 annual leaves but you can take as many as you want until you do your job and have good relationship with your managers.

In the name of appraisal they just increased the salary by 900/- and deducted the shift bonus for day shift by 1000/- that is loss of 100/- in name of appraisal, don't expect for growth there are thousands of them who are working there since 20 years, they will ask you to do Over Time always but after you're done with you're target it's all on you whether you wanna do OT or not salary structure is pathetic I joined in Feb 2021 with salary of 11k in hand as a fresher and at the time of leaving the company on Sept 2022 my salary was almost 13k, canteen is very costly, only one way cab is available that too is never on time you if your cab is scheduled for your drop to home after work you will have to wait another 1 hours after your shift for the cab in most of the cases, the managers and supervisors will tempt you for doing more and more OT promissing that you can earn 50k in incentives itself but don't fall for that it doesn't work in that way always if you join this company today as a fresher you will get meagre salary of 10k in hand , it is advisable that join here just take a year of experience and switch right away don't fall for the trap of managers and supervisors they don't work for you they work for the company.

Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.
