Managers don't have time to get updates regarding your work HR never respond to our queries regarding salary structure, appraisal cycle. Even after putting so much hard work and getting appreciation letter Wipro manager won't appreciate or give incentive or good rating for good work

Training period is fun and a great place to enhance your knowledge base. The hierarchy in the organization is very good. My colleagues had been friendly and I shall cherish them. A very good workplace.

Dislikes

Salary hike in Wipro Technologies is a flat line. The average salary hike is very low and at the end of the day it is exhaustive to see the same pay check every year. The project deployment team is not that good either. Very rude and unprofessional in a manner that gives in a motivation as a professional.

...ow many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.
