... of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased. They will showoff the favourism infront of everyone with being scared.

few teammates helpful,others think credit. good for career , but there should be proper plan with job seeker.

no transport in day, food facility as per salary, lots of deduction in salary, no properplan with project seeker, people get lot of trainng, but dont know what to learn, as per project have different requirement.

... based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious
