In 2 year of experience after crying day by day saved and than bought my first laptop. I'm because I know how pain and sweat I went through it.

There is not even a single thing which has to be liked. Starting from salary to appraisal I think everything is fixed. I'm working from 2 years my salary is still the same. I know everyone has there own opinion but this is my opinion.

...s no work load ,I was working at client side icici bank thane ,as sas developer.but no scope to increase salary and skill set also.basic things was there to do. After spending some time I left the job

...eveloper, daily going office after corona and working on 1,3 and 5 satuday also.but still no salary hike and no promotion and Even manager can't talk with us.as Wipro employee we was working at client side .

Salary , that totally depends upon at what project we are working. If we are working directly into Wipro IT will be great. DOP means it’s little difficult.

1) Since 2022 They even ask new joinee after 3 month if you dont have project u have to go for loss of pay or leave the company what th basic pay of ur notice period in probation 1 month 2) post 6 months its 3 month basic but u can only be in bench for 45 days post the loss of pay or choose above option 3) appraisal and increment not happen in time or very poor if you get appraisal too

...So keeping that aside it is a very good platform for freshers to learn and grow. Forgot about the salary and focus on learning and self development then you will find ample of opportunities.

If you are really hardworking, people give you more work and take advantage. This depends on how you manage. I was bad at it and used to work beyond working hours without any compensation. Which is again a learning to me. But as a fresher took it as an opportunity to learn things so didn't feel tough while working but when I think of those time I feel how stupid I was.
