...o work for HSBC client as Sr. IT Manager.this was after 2-3 months of interview. They paid a good salary package of almost INR 25 lpa.. it was corona time and they have me the responsibility of interviewing 60+ candidates and onboarding 20+ candidates to HSBC client. Along with sr IT manager role for Wipro I also had to work as technical lead / scrum master for HSBC client office in pune remotely from Bangalore

Dislikes

It was tough to work from Bangalore for a pune based client. They should have given either rhe role of a sr IT manager for Wipro or Technical architect role for hsbc and placed at Pune. Doing this dual role from Bangalore remotely was difficult and after 6 months when I went to Pune to search for accomodation and work from office there (as client was discussing working from office) Wipro closed the contract. They did not have patience nor did they try to place to another client if things did not work out

Dislikes

Salary descriminance, getting less salary than reporties, even the role is higher than the one salary is less than the others, new recruites getting higher and increasing for the seniors.

... based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere
