There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

There salary structure is very poor. 15% variable is there and average you will get max 50% of that amount however company is performing well then also. means total loss and disappointment.

... career growth after BCA, BSc don't come here at all as Wase Wims scholar They are sucking blood out of you in low salary with no promotion with 5 years of band And after completing 5 years no skills no outside jobs outside you will be stuck here for lifetime

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
