I am in a support role, with expertise in Microsoft 365/Azure cloud. Good work-life balance, although it depends on project you are allotted to. Job security is a prime factor in companies like TcS Wipro, HCL etc.

Salary hikes are on lower end in comparison with the product based companies or even startups

Job security and work culture is good.

Dislikes

Low salary, less hike, no interaction with your L2 manager who actually decided your hike and gole. Any time your sitting will change from office to customer location.

There is nothing to like. All the benefits are vanished. Only shift is extended every time.

Dislikes

Teammates are fine. No appraisal. Every time salary is deducted for no reason. No valued trainings. No perks. No appraisal or any incentive. You will get just rs 100 in your salary increased after 1 year as I got.

Good company to work. Learning is good. Pay scale is a bit low but you have job security.

If you are in implementation team then sometimes you will have to sit idle which is quite boring. Now a days, policies are a bit changed and flexibility to work is a bit ristricted now.
