Website is very slow and for each and every thing have to raise TICKETS form their portal if something you are facing issue. And for creating ID for uploading Photos that should pe printed in your Lanyard photo does not support.. Not a such difficult issue..

Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

Dislikes

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Likes

The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

Dislikes

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. The world these people live in revolve around the non-sense data points which are always rigged against you such that you do the most amount of labour thinking the lowest of yourself, not if but when, you are unable to achieve them.

The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

Dislikes

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.

Nothing much about to say office environment and some people(colleagues) are good to support and food is good And Cab facility is OK ok cafeteria is also Good that's all....
