Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Dislikes

Poor Salary compensation and benefits as compared to responsibilities and requirements. Too many hidden deductions are included in CTC. Lack of vision from Wipro leadership on employee's growth and success. Well competent, eligible and experienced resources are waiting for their respective vertical growth opportunities. This is highly demotivating and frustrating. Compensation for On-Job-Travelling is not satisfactory. Employees should be compensated for all expenses. May be a specific expense should be given to employees for their personal miscellaneous expenses. No reimbursement available for inter-city travels and expenses. Huge working hours even after regular office schedule. Starting early morning till late night.

As far as you know how handle things professionally and take decision on critical things on your own all good, no micro management manager reach out with list of task which needs to be completed within specified time. That's it. Promotion and appraisal more than merit depends upon bonding with management.

Merit should not get unacknowledged in terms of salary too.

Just a hype to work in a MNC

Dislikes

Worst bench policy and salary policy. If you are on bench for more than 45 days including Saturdays sundays, they will keep you on LOP which means zero salary or no salary for 3 months till you get a project. And they don't have internal projects so they layoff their employees without any criteria.

Website is very slow and for each and every thing have to raise TICKETS form their portal if something you are facing issue. And for creating ID for uploading Photos that should pe printed in your Lanyard photo does not support.. Not a such difficult issue..
