The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.
