It is like a Government job. Your job is very very secure.

...there is practically no benefits and compensation are just a mere donations. They expect you to do everything for zero benefits and very very less salary. They treat freshers as expendables and cheap labours. They hire them in bulk allot them in any department as they like and will get new ones every year because most old freshers leave after a year due to all the above reasons.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 02 years

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
