There is no work life balance. Managers make us work extra hours and weekends without any overtime compensation. They would ask to cover others shift also. No proper shift rotation is there. No appreciation for the work, Worst company politics

Salary/hike, Politics, Work pressure, Transport facility, Employee mediclaim benefits need to be improved, Pantry and Restrooms are not proper and not hygiene.

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.
