In wipro 3rd party pay roll is worst because they don't give expected salary package, position according to our knowledge and experience. After the duration of time they also not give position which we are expecting and salary. Compensation and benefits are not provided when you claim .

The salary structure and the policies I hate.The Management is worst.Best appraisals are given to those who run behind the Managers .The don't look for hard work.The give more salary to people who are hired from outside and they pay less to those who work in organisation from last 8 yrs.worst Company .

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
