Wipro as an MNC is upto the mark. They are professional & disciplined, sometimes they give U liberty to relax from your hard working schedules. One can start of with this company & can dream of settling down and make his/her career within Wipro premises, no need to go out & look for any other job Or organization. This is totally my views, so do not be offended & please dont be judgemental.

Salary is too less as of today's date. They can increase a little margin on the salary slab that would encourage the current employees & would also attract new talents to come forward & be a part of the WIPRO family. Nothing personal.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere

Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.
