No salary increment, if there is increasing salary max to max Rs 1000 pa No promotion if promoting whoever is close to manager, There's more partiality between employees, Lots of work pressure, No morning if any person had issue with night shift and health issues or can die doing night shift but they are not having feelings they can't change shift

There is a huge cafeterias and game arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resigns on the job traning is not given to new jioiness

They suck employee with high pressure and low salary. I had suicide tendencies with the pressure they have put on job Company gives too much of power to the managers where the managers act like the owner of the process and least care about the ground employee

The Management is disgusting. If you give something then only you get promotion with recommendation. Everythig is got up. All job openings were fixed with names whom to upgrade to the next level or else that post was scraped if the choice candidate was not cleared.
