WLB is okay provided you know how to manage momagers (Wipro managers aren't well trained in any tech or people management. All they know to do is pass a problem onto others).

...random points of time and expect you'll take their call. Same goes for HR folks. Salary and benefits is not up to the mark at all.

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

Bad work life balance. Calls to work from office during cyclone Pay is less and so many deductions after salary Promotions are fake, only known people get opportunity. Job security is only good if you're hard working. No cabs 2 way unless you wait 12 hours. Has bad softwares which track you and does not let you go out of your seat. Rude behaving senior level managers who will ask about your personal life and have no shame bashing you. Don't join wipro that's all. If you join you can't leave. 60-90days notice period without any buyout strict policy.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.
