Wipro as a whole is very good for working , learning depends on the role we get, internal role movement is very tough, appraisal is like a night mare , job security is good, work life balance and other perks depends on manager we get.

Dislikes

No hikes in salary and KT is not focused,so it will be very tough to carry a new role, process flow can be more organized

Work culture is very if you are a employee.

Dislikes

...lled wims where they hire thousands of students for working student should work as of employee with very low salary of 15k where the same work if you are doing as employee you will get 12 to 15 lakhs

Likes

The work culture and management are friendly and supportive. the exposure of dealing with leader and getting tho know the real concept of marketing is amazing (like how external invironment can affect the business, etc)

Dislikes

The growth is too slow, wipro won't pay much, the work load is tooo much of each person in the team, usually have to work more that work hours.

The only thing to like about wipro is exposure

They want skills like Power BI, Python, ,ML/DL, Excel, CRM support etc on a salary of 3LPA with over time work hours to 12 hours+ instead of 9.5 hours which they consider being flexible
