Work culture I don't like, sometimes manager not valuing their engineers like an asset, they are thinking we are machine.

Want to high light some: Job Security: Definitely here you will get job security even if you just work in very slow pace but you will get less salary as compared to market standards. Work Culture: Totally depends on yoy and your team and manager. Learning: Ihf you want to learn by yourself then you will get more time here to learna nd even get chance to participate in internal contents.

...y project. Bonuses: On name of bonus you will get 4K bucks only, nothing else. Appraisal: Appraisal cycles are bad, hardly they will increase salary by 10%. If you are joining any service based MNCs, please make it as last option.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Bench policy are worst , 45 days only bench period and then you will go under loss of pay. HR and bench team very worst.
