Discriminating Pay policy. No salary appraisal for over two years. Management disregard for employee work like balance. Unofficial weekend workings with no overtime. Cost cutting measures like reducing allowances or discontinue certain allowances for employee benefits leading to less in hand salary. Toxic workplace, stressed environment. Not a healthy place to work,

First of all it was my first company so i was glad and will have a special place for wipro in my heart.

Dislikes

After spending 2 years , i didn't get promoted. From the day i was hired till a month before i resign i was on the same package. There appraisal is very slow and almost negotiable.

Job security is there until and unless you do not make an incorrect move , Learning is slow here but still if the person is willing to learn , then nothing is impossible

Good time work form home only, employees gives extra time to learn by self.

...y or leave not available for employees even pre-planned ask to project managers. Never get full salary as show in appointment letter.

Did not receive the salaries on time. Transport is very very bad disrespecting the female employees. No proper discipline of talking with employees from higher authorities.
